Remeasurement request can be accepted if participant laboratory fails for one more calibration/ measurement point(s) for En score, as a performance analysis. The PT item is needed to recall. In such cases it is become mandatory to the participating laboratory to submit the cause analysis while submitting the remeasurement results. PTP will not accept remeasurement data without proper supporting documents

  4. Corrective Action
In some instances, the participating laboratory may not be in a situation to perform root cause analysis based on 1st time measurements/ calibration. The Participating laboratory shall make self-analysis after completion of measurements at re-measurement stage and shall make root cause analysis. Also, submission of above-mentioned documents are mandatory.
Note: The root cause and corrective action will be reviewed and approved by expert in the particular field and then only accepted by PT Division.

Reverification - Accepted only if there is a calculation mistakes in methodology i.e. uncertainty calculations, average calculations, etc. where the PT item is not needed to recall. Such genuine cases only, will be considered for reverification requests. It is mandatory to submit cause analysis and Corrective Action, while feeling the re-verification form, online. While submitting the results the participating laboratory must submit the following documents, without these supporting documents reverification results won't be accepted

    Note: The root cause and corrective action will be reviewed and approved by expert in the particular field and then only accepted by PT Division.
