Parameter – Temperature Simulation
Participation Criteria – The participation Laboratory should have uncertainties > 0.07 °C for Type K TC| 0.08 °C RTD PT 100 | 0.07 °C for Type J TC| 0.84 °C for Type S TC.
Note: Participation criteria defined above, is based on present NABL practice of ILC, where CMC of reference lab should be superior (smaller measurement uncertainty) than the participant’s CMC. All Participant labs should ensure that the participation criteria have been met while applying for the PT.
The participant lab should not report estimated uncertainty, superior than accredited CMCs for that parameter for PT measurements. If Estimated uncertainty is coarser to accredited CMCs then Estimated uncertainty should be reported by the participant laboratory.
