Option 1. Max. 220.0 g with readability 0.1 mg

Option 2. Max. 3000 g with readability 1 mg

Measurement Points – For 220 g – 50 g,100g and 200 g- Participant can use only E1 Class Weights
For 3000g – 50g,100g,200g,500g,1000g,1500g and 2000g

Participants can use E1/E2 Class Weights

Delivery – Lab code will be delivered within 7 working days to the participating Laboratory

Participation Criteria – The participant laboratory should have CMC for coarser than

For balance of 220 g – 0.025 mg

For balance of 3000 g. – 42 mg

The participating Laboratory should carry their E1 / E2 class weights to Octagon Site for calibration of weighing balance up to 3000 g. A schedule will be shared to each participant laboratory.

Note: Participation criteria defined above, is based on present NABL practice of ILC, where CMC of reference lab should be superior (smaller measurement uncertainty) than the participant’s CMC. All Participant labs should ensure that the participation criteria have been met while applying for the PT.

The participant lab should not report estimated uncertainty, superior to accredited CMCs for that parameter for PT measurements. If Estimated uncertainty is coarser to accredited CMCs, then Estimated uncertainty should be reported by the participant laboratory. 

It is mandatory for Participating Lab. to submit PT measurement results along with the following documents – –

1. Raw data sheet(s) – PDF format

2. Uncertainty Budget Sheet(s) – PDF format

    

   Method used for PT Item measurement should be provided in the Annexure 1 – Result Sheet.
