PT Item For Re-Verification

Reverification – Accepted only if there is a calculation mistakes in methodology i.e. uncertainty calculations, average calculations, etc. where the PT item is not needed to recall. Such genuine cases only, will be considered for reverification requests. It is mandatory to submit cause analysis and Corrective Action, while feeling the re-verification form, online. While submitting the results the participating laboratory must submit the following documents, without these supporting documents reverification results won’t be accepted

1. Raw Data Sheets

2. Uncertainty Budget Sheets

3. Cause analysis

4. Corrective Action

    

   Note: The root cause and corrective action will be reviewed and approved by expert in the particular field and then only accepted by PT Division.
